All Exhibits are to be delivered to the western door of the Pavilion at Daintree Street, Cloncurry between 1pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday 10th June 2025.

  1. All entries to be framed, including Junior section entries..

  2. Any entries without appropriate hanging hardware - hanging string/wire or a fixed loop at top centre of the frame. Entries not in a hangable condition may not be displayed and will not be judged with other entries.

  3. An Entry Tag (supplied with entry form) must be attached to each entry/article.

  4. Whilst all care is taken, competitors should make their own arrangements for insurance of exhibits.

  5. This is an amateur exhibition and therefore not open to professional artists except in Class 14 - Professional, Any and All (People’s Choice).

  6. Size not to exceed 4’ x 4’ (1200mm x 1200mm)

  7. Competitors wishing to sell their entries must mark their entry form with ‘FOR SALE $’. Please note that 20% of the sale price will go to the Cloncurry & District Show Society.

  8. The Cloncurry & District Show Society reserves the right to refuse any entry which, in its opinion, is likely to offend.

  9. The Judge’s decision is final.

  10. Categories Junior – 17 years and under Open – 18 years and over

  11. The Cloncurry & District Show Society will take no responsibility for items that are not picked up. They will be disposed of.

  12. It is the entrant’s responsibility to pick up all entries on Saturday 14th June in the evening directly after the pavilion closes or Sunday 15th June between 8am and 9am from the Pavillion, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Steward.
