All Exhibits are to be delivered to the western door of the Pavilion at Daintree Street, Cloncurry between 1pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday 10th June 2025.
Collection of Items : Items can be collected Saturday evening from 6pm and Sunday morning 8 to 10am. Outside of these times prior arrangement must be made with the section Stewarts
  1. An Entry Tag (supplied with entry form) must be attached to each entry/article.

  2. Whilst all care is taken, competitors should make their own arrangements for insurance of exhibits.

  3. This is an amateur exhibition and therefore not open to professional artists except in Class 14 - Professional, Any and All (People’s Choice).

  4. Entries should be suitable backed or framed ready to hang.

  5. Entries not in a hangable condition may not be displayed and will not be judged with other entries.

  6. Size not to exceed 4’ x 4’ (1200mm x 1200mm)

  7. Competitors wishing to sell their entries must mark their entry form with ‘FOR SALE $’. Please note that 20% of the sale price will go to the Cloncurry & District Show Society.

  8. The Cloncurry & District Show Society reserves the right to refuse any entry which, in its opinion, is likely to offend.

  9. The Judge’s decision is final.

  10. Categories     Junior – 17 years and under      Open – 18 years and over

  11. The Cloncurry & District Show Society will take no responsibility for items that are not picked up. They will be disposed of.

  12. It is the entrant’s responsibility to pick up all entries on Saturday 14th June in the evening directly after the pavilion closes or Sunday 15th June between 8am and 10am from the Pavillion, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Steward.
