Entries to be delivered for judging to the Sponsors Bar (canteen on opposite side of main bar) by 10 am Fri 12th

  1. An Entry Tag (supplied with entry form) must be attached to each entry.

  2. Entries to be delivered for judging on Friday, 12th June 2026 by 10:00am.

  3. No late entries will be accepted.

  4. All entries will be judged on visual appearance, aroma, texture and flavor.

  5. Sausages will be cooked on the BBQ at the venue so please present them raw.

  6. Sausage entries will be judged after cooking.

  7. Results and prizes will be presented after judging..
