All Exhibits are to be delivered to the western door of the Pavilion at Daintree Street, Cloncurry between 1pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday 10th June 2025.
Collection of Items : Items can be collected Saturday evening from 6pm and Sunday morning 8 to 10am. Outside of these times prior arrangement must be made with the section Stewarts
An Entry Tag (supplied with entry form) must be attached to each entry on the bottom right hand front corner and left open for recording.
All photographs are to be the sole production and work of the entrant.
All entries must be amateur productions; Entrants cannot be professional photographers or be associated with a photographic business- apart from section 17 (this section is not eligible Grand champion or most successful exhibitor).
School aged competitors (Sections 17-25). Primary is Prep- Year 6. Secondary Year 7- Year 12.
Entries that have won a previous prize at the Cloncurry Show are not eligible for entry.
The Cloncurry & District Show Society reserves the right to reject and not display any entry and to place in correct classes at the discretion of stewards.
The Cloncurry & District Show Society will exercise all reasonable care with submitted entries, however, will not under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibits, or any miss delivery of exhibits. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Mount on firm, flat, cardboard; plastic backing is not suitable. Photographs must be stuck onto a board with suitable corners, suitable glues, etc. Many fell off last year and had to be stuck back on to mounting. Black looks best with a border of 20mm around edges.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to pick up all entries on Saturday 14th June in the evening directly after the Pavilion closes or Sunday 15th June between 8am and 9am from the Pavillion, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Steward. Any photographs not picked up discarded. It is your responsibility to claim your own photographs.
First place photographs will not be available for collection until the 27th June as they will be displayed at the Harmony Eva Copper Community Hub, 47 Ramsay St, Cloncurry. Collection will be from 47 Ramsay St.
No late entries will be accepted for judging.
