Cars may be delivered between 8am - 8:45 am on Friday, Top entrance on Station St, 12th June 2026. Please contact the Chief Steward prior to arrange access onto the grounds.
No responsibility will be taken for the vehicles left parked.
Cars are requested to be positioned in the display area prior to 9am, Friday 12th June 2026 and again on Saturday 13th of June, 2026.

  1. This section is a display only with 1 people’s choice winner.

  2. This display is open to Vintage & Prestige Cars only

  3. All vehicles will be able to leave the grounds on Friday June 12 at 5pm and return to the grounds on Saturday June 13 for display again.

  4. The position that your vehicle is parked in on the Friday will be the same position it will be parked on the Saturday.

  5. Owners must have completed the registration, signed a waiver and photo consent to be included in the vehicle display

  6. Owners will be responsible for moving their own vehicles at all times and retain keys for the vehicle.

  7. All vehicles are included in the Grand opening of the 2026 Cloncurry & District Show to take place in the Main arena on Saturday June 13 at 4pm. 

  8. Once the Grand Parade and official opening are completed all vehicles will be able to leave the grounds.

  9. The people’s choice winner is decided by the votes given to each car via a QR code on site in the Display area.
