All Exhibits are to be delivered to the western door of the Pavilion at Daintree Street, Cloncurry between 1pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday 10th June 2025.
  1. An Entry Tag (supplied with entry form) must be attached to each entry/article.

  2. Whilst all care is taken, competitors should make their own arrangements for insurance of exhibits.

  3. All entries must be the competitor’s own unaided work. No exhibits previously entered in the Cloncurry & District Show Society’s competition will be accepted.

  4. Exhibits cannot be entered in more than one class. Exhibits in collections are not eligible to compete in single classes.

  5. Classes to be further classified at the discretion of the Chief Steward, where entry numbers warrant further division. 

  6. Quilts may be moved between classes at the discretion of the Chief Steward.

  7. It is the entrant’s responsibility to pick up all entries on Sunday, 15th of June 2024 between 8am and 10am from the Pavillion, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Chief Steward. 

  8. The Cloncurry & District Show Society Inc. will take no responsibility for items that are not  picked up.
